Looking for a way to spice things up? Maybe youʼre tired of the same old gym workout? Join us for our pole fitness and chair dancing workshop held in collaboration with Pretty Lady Pole Parties (www.prettyladypoleparties.com).  As seen on Oprah, The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and the Today Show, pole dancing is the hottest new fitness craze! Pole dancing helps builds your self esteem and confidence. This workshop will teach the everyday woman pole and chair moves that are unique, exciting, and provide a great workout. The class is designed for women who want to tone and strengthen but maintain their femininity and sexiness.

The chair dance aerobics class is approximately 45 minutes long and you will learn a routine that you can use to workout at home or entice your partner. But the fun won't end there! Working with our dynamic instructors you will also spend 45 minutes learning pole moves which can be used to strengthen and tone the upper body. We will begin with basic moves and progress to moderate spins and tricks.

All ages and ability levels can participate. FOR WOMEN ONLY!  No men or spectators allowed. This is a small class with only 16 spots so register ASAP!

Please Bring: A bottle of water, towel, yoga mat (optional)

Parking:
Metered parking is available on Ennalls Ave and at the parking lot on Grandview Avenue(from the studio take a left at the 4-way stop, the lot is on the left)

Suggested Attire:
Comfortable clothing (tanks, shorts, sweat pants, yoga pants), high heels with an ankle strap (optional), Come prepared to sweat!
